How to remove the moon phases from the small grids?

Right-click the grid from which you want to remove the moon phases. Select Don't Show Moon Phases on the pop-up menu.

This will remove the moon phases from the selected grid. Now just repeat the same steps for other grids, and you'll get a regular calendar.
