Can I save my calendar design for future use?

Sure, just follow the steps:

1. Click File in the top menu and choose Save As Template.

   

2. This will keep your design as a regular template. You can find it later in File > My Calendars. Select the new template, drop in photos, choose the size and you're good to go.
